Here are some of the most frequently asked questions from both locals and tourists. If you don’t see in answer to your question below please feel free to get in touch.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is parking available for coaches and cars in Tennent Street, beside the Spectrum Centre.

Is there disabled access and parking?

Yes, there is disabled parking on the Shankill Road and also disabled access to the Spectrum Centre.

How long do the tours last?

Each tour will last between 90 – 120 minutes.

Are there toilets available?

There are toilet facilities available at the Spectrum Centre with limited access to facilities during the tour.

How far do we walk?

The walk in its entirity is approx is 2 miles long.

Will the tour always be the same?

The tour will generally take the same route, but we will try to accommodate those who wish a different type of tour.

What do I need to bring?

A comfortable pair of walking shoes and suitable clothing bearing in mind the Northern Ireland weather is very changeable.

Are there group concessions available?

There are group concessions.  Please contact the office for more details.

Who can come on the walking tour?

We welcome everyone on our walking tours, including wheelchair users and their carer.

Are refreshments available?

For large tour groups refreshments can be provided, simply let us know when booking your tour online in the ‘Book a tour’ section of the website or if you would like more information please email us at info@thebelfastexperience.co.uk. There is a great selection of cafes, bars and restaurants within the town centre and local area, we highly recommend that you give them a try, just check out our ‘See&Do’ section within the website for a full list of what is available.

Do you cater for disabilities?

At Belfast Experience Tours we try to be as inclusive as possible, so if you have any particular disability please do not hesitate to email or phone us beforehand and we will do our best to ensure the tour works for you.
